We waited for the guided tour (spend time in the nearby Trim visitors center). The tour was 1 hour inside the tower house and the keep. Tour guide provided so much information regarding the histor… Full review by lauries614

The OPW Heritage Card gets you in free. You can do a guided tour or have a look around the grounds yourself without going into the castle
