We visited as part of a tour. There are good views of the city and harbor as we as the mountains close and far. There is a bathroom it no running water. Full review by MikeEbert142

The views are spectacular if you overlook the filth, overcrowded parking areas and the various unruly, loud and drunken groups up there. Signal Hill has certainly lost its charm. Very sad. Full review by Jenny R

That would be an easy walk but you could equally just drive up Signal Hill and avoid the risk of being run over by a car.
