We had a great time, and we definitely do it again. We rented the $30 tubes with the paddles and I think that was the best choice considering the water flow wasn’t really big so it would’ve took in q…Full review by Liza M
What time of day is best (coolest)? Early morning, or late afternoon?
A:
Earlier definitely. Cooler temperature - less busy. We did the afternoon 1-3:30 and it was lovely much to my surprise but without a breeze it would have been sizzling. Enjoy!

The first hour of the trip, the water is over your head and the second half is very shallow. It is obviously up to you and your opinion of your abilities but we have life jackets and with the tube have found it to be safe for people who can't swim, as long as they wear their life jacket at all time.
