Hi, how fit do you need to be to do this walk? My father, 67 and uncle 72 are visiting Cape Town in March for the first time, I would like to see if we can do this as this would be very special. They are not hikers but they are both in good health conditions.

i would recommend that they went up in the cable and just walked around the top.The ground is very wet on top due to the cloud ( the water collects on the rocks) and there are parts you could slip. I would not go any further but it is well worth the effort.
