There are a number of hotels and motel in the area, yes. Since I am relatively local to the attraction (45 minutes) I have no recommendations. You could use almost any good online hotel finder/booking site for options and prices. Ann Arbor is a major destination with the U of Michigan-Ann Arbor being there and will find a number of options. The arboretum and gardens are in different locations and there won't be location within walking distance of the gardens.
