Hello, we stay on Miriam Street every winter right near the marina. I think it is a great area with the nature park next door and all the beautiful boats. I have the same question as another poster. Why do you not have a bar/restaurant open to the public so that we could come in have a drink and a bite and watch the activities at the marina? I think you would do well.

I had the same dissatisfaction with the marina. People would love to have a place to eat and enjoy the view with all the boats. Instead of taking an Uber into downtown.
