Anyone know about entrance fees? Or parking fees? I heard that you have to pay a park entrance fee but if you have a NY Empire Pass (parks pass) its free but I went to the Empire Pass website and this location is NOT on their list of parks included.

I have been to this site several times and there has never been anyone at the booth collecting money.
