Hello Linux Community, I installed Zorin OS 17.1 on an Acer Aspire ES1-432-C2CZ laptop that I bought about 6 years ago. I used Zorin in Virtual Box on the same computer and it worked fine, but a bit slow, so I erased Windows for a faster experience. "No Bootable Device" with a magnifier glass appears when I switch on the computer.
recently installed Zorin 16.2 pro , i like it a lot but find it daunting , compared to Windows , to add new user names , a few Utube showed menus i couldn't access , and hovering over the power button didn't produce the expected " + " link any uncomplicated solutions would be appreciated I am trying out different distros.

I installed Zorin OS Core via USB in Legacy mode with Nvidia drivers alongside Windows 10, but I’m experiencing some problems: Booting Zorin OS directly after powering on shows a black screen. Booting Windows first, then restarting into Zorin OS works. Sometimes shutting down Zorin OS causes a black screen, but the laptop doesn’t turn off.
I have Reaper and Guitarix running nicely on a Linux Mint machine. I thought it would be easy to set up on Zorin. WRONG. Reaper can't see any of the VST's in guitarix. I'm running an HP Probook G5 dual boot (Win 11) with separate drives.
Hi! I'm a Linux newbie. I've installed my first Linux distribution just yesterday. I chose Zorin OS 16 Core, installation went fine, OS was running well. When I turned my PC off for the first time, it froze. I waited for ~2 minutes and then it displayed this on a black screen:
