I think stolen vehicles despawn when you are far away enough. They survive reloads normally if you are close, reloading is not an issue here. So if those spots are horizontally close to V's apartment, the vehicles will be there after sleeping. But as soon as you move away far enough, they are gone.

The OPs information is based upon the Fuel Consumption TABLE (Expand) on the Satisfactory Wiki for Vehicles. The OP did not list things like Color Cartridges, Fabric, and anything needed to make Biomass all of which can also be used in Vehicles for Fuel.
As most already know, you are not allowed to bring or sell certain vehicles in the LSCM, but which ones exactly? There has been some confusion over the weeks, so I have compiled an entire list of vehicles that cannot be sold to other players (or enter the LSCM outright), and also a list of vehicles with restricted customization mods.
They certainly aren’t cheaper than ICE vehicles, especially used ones which I believe most people buy used cars anyways. They have definitely come down in price but without the tax credits most people would be priced out of them.
