Third, they move features around in updates, so if you are looking for the "pause"/"unpause" feature navigate to the "WiFi" tab found at the bottom of the page. From there you will see a list of devices, click on the one you want to pause/un-pause. On the device management page, simply click the big purple button that says "Pause device".

If you click the connect tab at the bottom of the Xfinity app it should show you all the devices connected to your network. It will also show which ones are paused. Click the ones that are paused and on the next page you will see a blue bubble that says unpause. You just need to click that button and the device will be unpaused.

Can't unpause a device I paused 2 devices yesterday and must have inadvertantly paused another machine (a pc laptop) which now will NOT unpause even though the app is showing no unpaused devices. I just keep getting a browser message that i need to unpause in the app.

Can you tell us where you see this reference to your account being paused? Commonly, if you signed out of a Google service, like Gmail, Chrome will pause sync. To turn sync back on, sign in to your Google Account: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click Paused Sign in again. Sign in to your Google Account. Please post an update.

Cannot Unpause Devices | Xfinity Community Forum
Hi. I cannot unpause my paused devices. I have tried all of the recommended troubleshoots already. I am trying to talk to a human support agent about this, not a robot. I have already tried restarting the router, hard resetting the router, clearing the cache on the app, forgetting and reconnecting to the network on devices that are paused,etc .
