    "I bought roller chair mat from another Office Depot location. The mat ended up being too flimsy for my needs, so I tried to take advantage of the advertised returned policy to get a refund. When I tried to get my refund, the store claimed that because I paid with Apple Pay, they would only give me store credit on a gift card. \n\nThis is not what I wanted, nor what their advertised return policy was, but didn't want to make it a thing. I accepted the gift card supposedly containing my full refund. \n\nI moved since then, so I went to this Office Depot location on Arapahoe, as it is now closer to me. I tried to use the gift card only to find more than half of the value that was supposed to be on it was inexplicably missing. I'm the only person who had access to the card and don't recall spending it or even going to an Office Depot location or website since receiving the gift card. \n\nThis location claimed they were unable to tell me what the missing balance was spent on or even when it was spent because I didn't go through their rewards program. Annoying and again, not what I expected as a customer but there wasn't anything I could do about it, so I just tried to check out with my items using the remaining balance.\n\nThe cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program. I agreed, wanting to be able to address any potential future issues with my purchase. When the cashier asked me my name for the account, I told her and spelled it out for her as there are a few ways the name is commonly spelled. She curtly responded, "I know how to spell!" Naturally, she proceeded to misspell my name anyway by leaving three letters out. I'm sure her typing someone else's name instead of mine for the rewards program would not have any impact on my future shopping experience.\n\nThere is absolutely no reason to go through the impossible return process filled with hidden red tape, missing gift card balance, and rude and incapable cashiers. I will not be shopping at any Office Depot or its affiliates in the future and advise you to do the same."

    "What a difference from this store versus the one in Bayfair...as soon as I walked in , the clerk watching the self checkout greeted me a sincere smile...normally I don't usually care if anyone greets me but it was nice . I went over to the freezer section looking for Butterball turkeys and to my delight they had a assortment of different sizes. There was a cletk with their stocking cart in front of freezer but I was able to see from side. She saw me looking and said let me move my cart..I said no worries , I'm still able to pick one, but she moved her cart for me anyways...I chatted with her as I was picking my turkey and she was very nice unlike what I experienced at Bayfair the other day. She wish me a nice day as I to her and thanked her. Later I was looking for the aisle for gravy and asked a young man also stocking...he stop what he was doing and I don't think he understood me til I pointed to a display of turkey gravy, but I needed beef, he helped me looked for it, we found it and I thanked him...on the way to the register I passed the first clerk again and she said again have a nice day. I was happy I got everything I needed...what a difference...."

    "If you suffer from ADHD The Container Store is a wonderland. Aisle after aisle of extravagantly priced organizing "systems" and receptacles of every type - even receptacles that store your receptacles... in many cases the "solution" seems far more expensive than whatever it is that you're trying to organize.\n\nI purchased some plastic tubs to corral some ancient tax records but I can't help but wonder if a new retail concept called "Just Throw Your Sh*t Out" might really be the answer. Five stars stored neatly away."
