Have an MKX which is under warranty and the sunshade is getting stuck as it is retracted. Dealer says the motor is not bad, and the issue is otherwise not under warranty, so the cost is $1,000.00 to fix. we are in Florida, and I am thinking (or, better put, "Hoping") there must be a mechanic...
The radio volume in my 2013 mkx randomly lowers itself while driving. It just keeps lowering to the point where the volume will eventually go to 0. On a good day I turn the volume back up twice, on bad day It happens everytime I turn it back up and I just end up turning the radio off completely and listen to music on my phone lol.

Purchased a 2011 MKX and while driving the radio stations starting changing. It was like it went into seek mode. After trying to figure out the problem of why we discovered that when you hit the center console with your knee the stations changed. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have ideas...

Does anyone know the actual location of the front heated seat module(s) on a 2016 MKX? Heated/ cooled seat doesn't work and I have checked all the associated fuses. I unbolted and lifted the seat and could see the fan but did not see the module.
