    "my reveiw is more of a complaint sense there is no place on website to allow me to complain about the service I did not receive on monday evening I came and tried to get my NCAA bracket enlarged but was told that they had to much enlargement work that came in but neither person behind counter was busy in fact one of them was looking at his cell phone so I went to brian jordan where I usually get this done and was told to come back tomorrow at 8:00am so at 8:30am I came in and there was a gentlemen opening the doors and I asked was they open he replyed yes we are open went to the counter just to find that I had to wait a day when I usually get it done in a couple of minutes and out it seem to be a problem could someone explain I was hoping that I could find some where else to take my business to I felt like I was being mis treated over a simple enlargement of a NCAA bracket someone please tell me what's going on"

    "I walked up to the store at 7:02, not realizing they were closed. A very tall long haired young man immediately and aggressively says, "We're closed, We're closed". He's speaking to me as if we were in the middle of an argument . I wasn't even sure he was an employee because there was a delivery truck parked in front. It's wild that this is how he chose to speak to a total stranger especially a woman half his size. If I were a man no doubt his tone and manner would have been completely different."

    "I just wanted to pay for my singular pack of pencil lead and leave but Mark was very abrasive and pushy about the rewards program. He was literally guilting me into signing up for the rewards program and making me feel like an idiot for not wanting to. I said no, just let me pay and leave dude. He did the same for the guy in front of me too. I was in a good mood and was excited to start using my mechanical pencil again, but this made my day a little bit worse."
