"Ordered dishwasher Nov 6. supposed to be installed Nov 10 but due to new flooring I had to do some changes. they came back after that on Nov 17 and said it wasn't good enough. (later confirmed it was fine). Paid lots of money for someone to come out and remove two rows of hardwood floor and rescheduled delivery for Nov 20 They kept confirming delivery. But then someone called me and said that was just confirming install not delivery (none of the confirmations said this). So now they are going to try to figure out when they can come out. and yiu can never talk to anyone at the store. they keep routing you to corporate and they are clueless. Not sure when if ever I will get this delivered. If I can get it from somewhere else I will cancel this order. Not that they care at all"

"Was at Best Buy Was trying to set up an appointment at The geek squad counter in Strongsville Ohio. There was one person in front of me so I waited. They were looking through many note cards to find what they needed. This went on for about 25 minutes or more and was not handled well at all. I ended up leaving as did the people behind me. Obviously they should have told the person to find what they need and come back to the counter. I'll get the work. I needed done locally with better service."

"on Tuesday, I went into Best Buy to purchase a couple items for the switch 2. I used a gift card to purchase those items. the total went out to being a total around 120.88. The employee working behind the counter helping me check out expalined the total. I handed him one of the gift cards he said "oh it's 120 on the card you are all good to go" he put the receipt in the bag and I walked out without the gift card. I knew there was more on the gift card so I felt confused. I was outside of the store when I pulled the receipt out and noticed there was still $74 on it... I walked back into the store and he was already walking away from the cashier with my "empty" gift card... I stopped him. Showed him the receipt and he was like oh. I'm sorry here... \n\nNot sure how many people this has happened too... but just posting this here so this stuff doesn't happen to anyone else because clearly he knew what he was doing when he threw the receipt in the bag... and kept the gift card.. \n\nWatch out if you are using a gift card double check before you walk away..."
