WEBJun 27, 2024 · The only thing that could actually work is a opt-in KYC queue in the form of passport/driver's licence verification to ensure that those who are banned can't play again. Because as the cheat dev in the video explained, as soon as a cheater gets banned they usually buy a stolen account and continue cheating.

WEBJan 9, 2021 · BattleEye works of detecting cheats that are well known enough for them to be programmed for it to detect, so most newer cheat software wont be detected. It's also updated rather consistently, so newer cheats are detectable, which is part of the reason for massive ban waves.
